The Assessment Clinic, believes in putting our patients first by providing prompt and superior service. We specialize in providing both adult and pediatric physicals for employment, school, sports/post COVID sports and DOT. Our nurse practitioner, Lakeisha Weeks, holds an MSN degree as an independent family nurse practitioner with certification as a medical examiner. She has been employed as a nurse in the Orlando, FL and surrounding areas for over 14 years.
